Why did I not receive a confirmation email? Some email providers mark our confirmation emails as spam or block them completely. You can check your spam folder to see if the email arrived there. If you are not able to find it there you can email info@veria.com and we can confirm that the order was placed.

How do I return or exchange an item? Veria products orders are fulfilled by Amazon. You may return most new, unopened items fulfilled by Amazon.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). How do I use a promo code to obtain extra discounts on Veria's website? If you have received a promotional code from Veria to get a discount, follow these instructions during checkout:
